A law graduate of the University of Rome, La Sapienza Campus, and a member of the Rome Bar, she has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and other high courts, and is an expert in labour law, social-security issues and industrial relations.

She possesses considerable professional experience in these sectors, both in and out of court, in particular with the drafting of contracts for freelance and salaried employment, for fixed-term employment and for employment through temporary agencies, as well as with disciplinary procedures, executive employment relations, procedures for the reduction of personnel, both collective and individual, and for the conferral of companies and/or company branches, plus the management of industrial relations with unions and procedures for the collective or individual transfer of personnel, in addition to which she handles in-court litigation and social-security disputes arising from inspections by the competent government authorities.

She has developed specific skills and know-how in providing consulting to medium and large-size companies in multiple sectors, supplying ongoing assistance to human resource departments for all phases of employment relations.

After working for a number of years for the law firm of White & Case, where she also gained noteworthy experience in the sectors of contract law and civil litigation on behalf of leading Italian and multinational corporations, she joined the Gerardo Vesci law firm in 2003, specialising in labour law.  In 2004, she became a partner of Gerardo Vesci & Partners, a firm of associated professionals. In 2010, she began working with the LabLaw law firm. In 2013, she was made a partner of the LMCA law firm.

In 2004, she achieved the Toles Advanced Legal English Certification, and in 2011 she earned a Master’s in European-Community Labour Law in Rome. She speaks English, French and German.

She is a member of various Italian labour-law associations, including the AGI (Italian Labour Lawyers) and the AIDP (the Italian Personnel Management Association), as well as international groups, among them the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). She handles cases throughout Italy, with the support of her firm and its staff.
